The city enjoyed sun and temperatures in the 70s. The forecast for Memorial Day is expected to be cool and wet, according to the National Weather Service, with high temperatures across the state falling 10 to 15 degrees below normal. Salt Lake City is expected to see rain with highs in the low 60s and lows falling into the upper 40s.
